How do I return my order on SheIn?

 We are sorry to hear that you would like to return your order. We hope you are pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please follow the instructions below on how to return an item: 

1) Log into your SheIn account and locate the order you would like to return. 

2) Click on the “Return” button next to the order number and select a reason for returning from the drop-down menu. 

3) Print out or write down our returns address which is located at the bottom of this page and attach it securely outside of your package. 

4) Ship out your package using a trackable shipping service (UPS, FedEx, USPS Priority Mail etc.) within 14 days of requesting a return authorization number (RA#). We recommend insuring your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit as we cannot be held responsible for items not received by our Returns Department. 


Once we have received and processed your returned item(s), we will issue a refund back onto the original form of payment used during checkout minus shipping costs (if applicable). Please note that processing times may vary depending on bank holidays and weekends so please allow up to 21 business days for refunds to be reflected back onto accounts."
